Nature of the service

MNSS provides education and consulting services. Nothing published on this site or taught in its programs constitutes individualised legal, tax or investment advice. The decisions you make are yours and are taken under your own responsibility.

Registration and payment

Registration is confirmed on full payment or on the agreed deposit, depending on the program.

Prices are shown in the currency stated on each listing and include any tax applicable to the destination.

Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. MNSS does not access your card details.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered through a personal download link with an expiry date and a limited number of uses. By their nature they cannot be returned once downloaded. If the link expires before you use it, write to us and we will issue a new one at no cost.

Physical products

Delivery time depends on the destination and is stated in the confirmation email. You have fourteen days from receipt to request the return of an unused physical product in its original packaging.

Events and seats

Events have limited capacity and seats are assigned in order of confirmed payment.

Cancellation more than thirty days in advance: full refund. Between thirty and seven days: fifty per cent refund or transfer to the next edition. Less than seven days: no refund, but the seat can be transferred to another person.

If MNSS cancels or postpones an event, you choose between a full refund and transferring your seat.

Services by appointment

Coaching and consulting sessions are scheduled after payment. A session can be rescheduled at no cost with forty-eight hours’ notice. A no-show consumes the session.

Intellectual property

Program materials are the property of MNSS and are supplied for the participant’s personal use. They may not be reproduced, distributed or taught to third parties without written authorisation.
